#2040 Faceting & Straight Girdling - Cut & Polish Machine
With the #2040 you can cut perfect and steady facets during the cutting and polishing process. Our "Indexer-Head" makes it easy to cut accurate facets on all colored gemstones. The Specially designed angle grooves allow swift positioning of the "Indexer-Dop" without forcing the operator to bend his hand.
Speed knob is separated from speed controller and can be placed next to operator for quick & easy use.
Girdle faceting assembly
With the specially designed rotational turret, this assembly of the #2040, enables to cut and polish perfect straight girdle. The rotating base of the Indexer head, allow quick and easy distance change from cutting wheel to allow the girdle cut process.

#2095 Table Faceting - Assembly Kit
For cutting and polishing "Table Facet", this assembly can be mounted on #2050 or #2040.
The lower part of this assembly can be quickly placed and removed. The upper arm can remain fixed permanently.
