#2040 Faceting & Straight Girdling - Cut & Polish Machine
With the #2040 you can cut perfect facets with minimum adjustments during the cutting and polishing process. Our indexer Heads make it easy to cut fast and accurate facets on all colored gemstones. The Specially designed angle grooves allow swift positioning of the Indexer Head without forcing the operator to bend his hand. Girdle Faceting Assembly With the specially designed rotational turret, this assembly of the #2040, enables to cut and polish perfect straight girdle. The rotating base of the Indexer head, allow quick and easy distance change from cutting wheel to allow the girdle cut process. Includes: Faceting assembly (cutting head). Girdle faceting assembly. #4010 Hot Dopping Set
The Hot Dopping Set combines all the elements needed for fast, esey cementing of stones to Indexer Heads or other dops. Hot Dopping can be used for reversing stones that were cemented previously on a cold cementing station. The set comprises: Thermostat controlled heating element and stainless steel cement pot that maintains cement at a constant, correct temperature. Steel block that assists in placing an even layer of cement around the Indexer Head and stone. Alining regulator that assures a 90º angle between stone's table and the Indexer Head. #5010 Oiling System + Heat Plate + Vacuum Pump
Two separate chambers: Filling liquid chamber and gemstone processing chamber. Built-in thermometer monitors the hot plate which heats both chambers to the same temperature. The electrical vacuum pump removes all air and moisture from cracks in the stones. How it works: The hot plate heats both chambers (paraffin & gemstones) to the same temperature. The electrical vacuum pump removes all air and moisture from cracks in the stones When the temperature is good and all air & moisture is out, the operator open the valve and the paraffin is transfer to the stones chamber. During this process the cracks in the gemstones are filled up (capillary) by the paraffin. This procedure eliminate the optical visibilities of the defects in the stones.
#5020 Oiling System + Heat Plate
Two separate chambers: Filling liquid chamber and gemstone processing chamber. Built-in thermometer monitors the hot plate which heats both chambers to the same temperature. The gemstone processing chamber contains six separate stainless steel beakers in order to separate between different lots such as rough gemstone, finished cut gemstones or typ. These oblong shaped beakers are specially designed to utilize maximum volume of the stone container.
#5040 Gemstones Oiling Kit
Workshop & travel Kit Mini Oiling System: The system comprises a heating element to heat the filling oil processing chamber and the gemstones glass beaker. The filling liquid is placed at the bottom of the processing chamber. Stones are suspended within the chamber in the stone basket for air and moisture removal. After 1 hour of heating and vacuum operation, the stone basket is immersed in the filling liquid for a few hours for perfect cracks filling. Cylindrical stone basket size: 4cm Diameter X 4cm Height.
#5050 Cleaning & Buffing Stone Machine
Following vacuum oiling, stones require thorough cleaning and buffing. Our uniquely designed machine can handle lots of stones. One can easily clean thousands of stones in just a few hours, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual cleaning of individual stones. Our cleaning machines feature a unique rotary action system that turns and gently cleans and buffs automatically without scratching or damaging the stones. Initial cleaning is done with soft cloths and final buffing is with a natural chamois. Each process takes about 30 seconds, and the finished stones come out clean, dry and with their full natural luster. Cleaning machines are available as a single unit or in batteries of two or three for added efficiency when cleaning large quantities of stones.
